W.O.D.

Lungin' and Rollin'

AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 20 min
Find 15 feet of space and a dice.

Perform 15 feet of lunges then roll the dice…..
Whatever number you roll complete the exercise for 10 reps, lunge back to your starting point and complete another 10 reps of that same exercise.
That's one round.
Keep track of your rounds.

If you roll:
1=Burpees
2=Pushups
3=Situps
4=Jump Squats
5=Dips
6=Burpees
