Warm up: Jump rope x 50, 15 Burpees, Jump rope x 50 x 2 rounds

300 Squats

200 Push ups

300 Sit ups

100 Turkish get ups


This will be a team effort W.O.D.

Amount of Bootcampers per team will depend on turnout.

Everyone will pitch in to achieve the designated amount of reps.

Finish with team rower challenge.
