Warm up: Sit ups x 10 + Squats x 10 + Push ups x 10 for 3 rounds

Dead lifts
Overhead Squats

After each station: 30 Seconds of Burpees

Today's W.O.D. is named after last week's Bootcamper of the Week, Patti D.

In our Dead lift work out last week Patti Dead lifted 185lbs for 3 reps!!!

That's some bragging rights there folks!
