             Band Lat/tri stretch from rack x 1minut/side
             Smash Calves x 1 minute.side
             Stretch Calves x 1 minute/side
              Bottom Squat x 3 min

Skills: cleans x 10min

Lift: Cleans 3,3,1,1,1,1.....12 min

WOD:
          1 clean
          1 Front squat
          1 Thurster
Add 2.5lbs each round
