Warm up: 10 Push ups + Farmers walk + 10 DB Snatches + Overhead DB carry + 10 Squats x 3 rounds

Heavy Complex
8 reps each exercise
Bent over DB rows
DB Clean & Press
Front Squats
Lunges
20 Sit ups
Rest 45 seconds
Repeat Complex AMRAP in 20 mins
Finisher: 25 Dubs
