W.O.D. June 8th, 2009

Important Annoucement: Arnprior Bootcamp on Thursday night will be held at 5:30 instead of the usual 6pm.
So make plans to be there a little earlier than usual.


Warm up: 50 Medicine ball Twists, 50 Jump rope, 10 Burpees
